This qualification is an introduction to moving and handling activities for those starting working, returning to work or who need specific training in manual handling, as well as being suitable qualification for refresher training. Topics include: •Reasons for safe manual handling •Manual handling risk assessment principles •Types of equipment •Testing requirements •Manual handling safety Highfield Level 2 Award in Safe Moving and Handling course includes: registration certification Accredited by: Highfield Qualifications The qualificaton consists of: Safe manual handling at work Knowledge, practical assessment and multiple choice exam (15 questions with a pass mark of 9) Multiple choice examinations are taken on the computers at the centre. Results are instant and resits can be taken on the day if required. You must have a form of identity on your person when taking the examinations such as bank card, driving licence, passport, work ID etc. Certificates are electronic and will be e mailed within 5 days of successfully completing the course.
