Our 1 day CSCS Health & Safety for Construction Course in Hull is designed for people working in, or aspiring to work in, the construction industry. It will give learners the knowledge to undertake their jobs safely. Successful learners who also complete the CITB Operatives Health, Safety and Environment knowledge test will fulfill the requirements to apply for the CSCS Labourer’s card. 1 Day CSCS Health & Safety for Construction course covers: common hazards and risks in a construction environment safe manual handling practices working safely at height and working safely around plant and machinery importance of effective teamwork and communication in ensuring safe working practices are followed in the construction industry. Cost: £60 inclusive of VAT Course Venue: RDS Training Centre in Hull, East Yorkshire CSCS L1 Award Health & Safety in the Construction course includes: 1 day training held from 9 am to 5 pm registration certification lunch Accredited by: Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance Assessment: This course is assessed by an examination. 40 questions in one hour. The pass mark is 32. The qualification is certificated by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance. IMPORTANT: You will be required to produce photographic proof of identity for the course and examination. ID will be required on the day of training. Without the ID you will NOT BE ALLOWED to complete the portfolio. For example, you could bring your driving licence, passport or photographic employee card. Certificates are received at the office within 10 working days of completing your course. Once you have received your certificate you will be able to book to sit your CSCS test to obtain your card.
