Level 3 Award in Education & Training (E&T) This L3 Award in Education & Training course is an excellent starting point for anyone who wishes to teach in a classroom. The E&T qualification is aimed at individuals who would like to work or currently work within FE colleges, independent training providers and/or local authorities. This is a 3 day course and is an excellent starting point for anyone who wishes to teach classroom based learning. The Level 3 Education & Training qualification, also called Level 3 AET, can be your first step into teaching and training. Successful learners will learn to: • Build and understanding of what it takes to plan and deliver training session • Grasp the role of a trainer • Understand their responsibilities Topics covered in the AET course: • Maintain a safe learning environment • Provide support to learners • Build relationships with other professionals in the field • Assess learners' work • Provide constructive feedback that will aid the learners' development L3 Award in Education & Training 3 days training held from 9 am to 5 pm registration certification lunch
