Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering, Manufacturing or Retail
The Level 2 Award in Food Safety qualification is aimed at individuals who are, or intend to be, food handlers working in catering, manufacturing or retail. It is also appropriate for those providing services to catering premises including pest-control operators, maintenance engineers, cleaners, laundry and delivery personnel.
This Level 2 Food Safety course is a 1-day course, held from 9 am to 5 pm.
This is a single unit qualification, assessed by a 30 question multiple-choice examination. Successful candidates must achieve a score of at least 20 out of 30. The examination paper is set and marked by Highfield. The duration of the examination is 1 hour. Please state on the booking form whether you require catering, manufacturing or a retail food safety certificate.

You will be required to produce proof of identity for the course and examination. ID will be required on the day of training. Without the ID you will NOT BE ALLOWED to take the examination. As an example you could bring your driving licence, bus pass, passport, bank card etc.
If you would like to reserve a place on the course, we MUST receive FULL payment 10 days in ADVANCE of first day of course to secure your place. Places are allocated on receipt of payment.

As soon as your payment has been received you will receive a confirmation letter with directions to the training venue.
